This is my absolute favourite drink to have when I work from home! If could, I would drink this on a daily basis. But unfortunately I have to restrict it to a weekly basis.
When I was living in Thailand for 5 years, this would be my go-to-drink because it was only $1.25 CAD. Since coming back to Canada, I've realized that a large bubble tea is $7.
I knew something had to change because the craving for bubble tea is REAL and I am NOT spending that much for it!
Don't worry guys, I got a solution to all your bubble tea problems because this recipe is easy and affordable if you need a little kick to your day.
Feel free to follow the video above and the directions below.

Put 4 cups of water to boil for the Thai Tea.
Put 10 cups of water to boil for the tapioca pearls.
Once the 10 cups of water boils add the tapioca pearls.
Stir slowly until pearls rise to the top.
Then lower your heat to mid temperature and put the lid on. Let it sit for 3 mins. 6. After 3 minutes take the pot of the burner and let it sit for 2 minutes.
